StubHub: Queue System
As a hybrid UX designer / content strategist, I created StubHub’s first online queue for direct ticket sales. This queueing system needed to be efficient and accurate. It also needed to encourage the user, at different points, to either engage actively, or sit tight and stay in the line.
StubHub: Search Redesign
For this overhaul of StubHub’s search system, my mission was to improve how results are shown, reduce dropoff, and ultimately, increase ticket sales through a better search experience.
Wells Fargo: Tax Center
I created the very first version of a tax hub for taxpayers with or without Wells Fargo accounts. It offered information, documents, tips, schedules, and more.
StubHub: Transactional Messages
As part of an upgrade to a new CMS, I overhauled both the design templates and the content for all user-facing HTML emails.
